Keith started the firm in 2003 . He spent the early part of his career working in the City and for multi - nationals , in the USA, Continental Europe and the UK, as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer . He focussed mainly on profit improvement/turnaround assignments. Keith leads the business growth programme aimed at working with high growth companies and entrepreneurs. Keith has recently advised a number of clients in the public sector. He is responsible for the day to day operation of the business and its future development. When he is not working Keith enjoys spending time with his family and trying to keep fit.

Ali is developing our change management practice . With over 20 years experience of working with people, she has an understanding of what motivates people and can help them achieve success in the workplace. As work occupies about half of our waking hours, Ali is keen to help our clients use their strengths to gain more satisfaction within their work..Ali has three children and enjoys photography and walking the family dog.

Douglas leads our governance and public sector practice and is also a specialist in International marketing & planning. Douglas has over 20 years experience of working in FMCG’s and managing high growth companies. Douglas and Keith have advised a number of public sector clients on a wide range of issues from governance to service improvement and value for money studies.

Adrian “ Mac “ Mackay

Mac is an acknowledged expert in marketing and advertising and he has written several leading texts on the subject. Mac is a visiting lecturer on a number of marketing courses. Mac leads our training and mentoring course programme .
